This course examines the relationship between knowledge and innovation in tourism, the specific aspects and conditions in which the tourism industry operates, and why these determine the uniqueness of tourism innovation among other service industries.

Who is the course for?
Students who have a background in social sciences, arts and humanities, business studies or tourism and hospitality, or those with a background in sustainable development will be interested.
