Medication
The medication an individual is taking can be the cause of their urinary incontinence as some drugs can disturb bladder function.
Medication review is a key part of all continence assessments - you will be covering this in greater detail in Week 5: Assessing bladder and bowel conditions.
In the table below are some of the drugs that may have an impact on bladder function:

Examine the medication table and identify two classes of drug you commonly find prescribed.
