Practical task: students write their own definitions, but this time for hard-to-define words (as discussed in Step 5.16), and compare among the group.

In Step 5.16, we discussed certain classes of word which are difficult to define in a ‘values-free’ way. As we saw, if you define ‘marriage’ to include the possibility of same-sex marriages, this won’t please everyone.
Here we ask you to define two other hard-to-define words which raise similar issues.
Your task
Write definitions for the words ‘reincarnation’ and ‘tribe’.When you have finished, post your definitions to the forum for review and discussion.
