We would like to welcome you to this course Young People and Their Mental Health!

This course has been developed by people from the University Medical Center Groningen, University of Groningen and University of Cambridge.

In the next 5 weeks you will learn what mental health is, what common mental health problems are, and how you could improve your mental health. Every week consists of 2 different topics that are explained with the help of videos, personal stories, animations and short assignments.

The following topics will be dealt with:

  • Week 1 Introduction and Eating disorders
  • Week 2 Depression and Anxiety
  • Week 3 Autism and ADHD
  • Week 4 Substance abuse and Antisocial behaviour
  • Week 5 Psychosis and Resilience
