No one is happy all the time– that’s a part of life and doesn’t have to mean that you are depressed. What is a depression and how do you recognise one? That is what this model is about. Depressions occur frequently, and it’s very well possible that you are depressed at the moment or have been depressed before or that you know someone who is depressed. If so, you may have many questions such as is it possible to be a little depressed? Are some people more likely to become depressed than others? What can I do to prevent or cure a depression?
