We've shown you that good characteristics like being able to deal with stress might be helpful. And we've also shown you the tools that help build resilience, like good family support and friendships. You've learned that to relax a bit and to live healthily are very important in order for you to build resilience. Finally, you've learned that in order for you to become resilient, you need to take action yourself.
