To be eligible for the Master’s in Educational Leadership degree, applicants must hold a professional teaching qualification, a four-year degree, and professional experience in education, or:
+A completed Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) equivalent Bachelor's degree or higher equivalent qualification, with a minimum of three years relevant experience in an educational setting; or
+A completed AQF equivalent Initial Teaching Education (ITE) course with evidence of three years registered teaching experience within Australia or equivalent; or
+A completed CQUniversity Graduate Certificate in Educational Leadership or equivalent qualification
Relevant work experience includes employment in a teaching or educational setting.
Additionally, this degree is taught in English. If English is not your first language, you’ll be required to show that you’ve completed the following in Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, South Africa, Ireland, or the United States of America:
+A secondary qualification (Year 11 and 12, or equivalent)
+An Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) diploma-level qualification
+Bachelor level qualification study for at least 2 years full time with a minimum overall GPA of 4.0
If you can’t provide this information, you’ll need to complete an English language proficiency test and meet the following requirements for any of these approved language tests:
+International English Language Testing System (IELTS Academic) with an overall band score of at least 6.0 overall
+Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) with an overall score of 550 or more
+Pearson Test of English Academic (PTE) (overall score of 54) with an overall score of 55 and no sub-score less than 46
+Occupational English Test with Grades A in all components.
