    This unique degree consists of both taught units as well as professional practice credentials and stackable short courses to allow you to finish your postgraduate qualification faster, flexibly, and entirely online.

    This master’s degree is designed for those who want to turn their skills and expertise into a Masters qualification that provides evidence of extensive experience, research, and knowledge in leadership.

    You can enrol in these internationally-recognised postgraduate qualifications if you have already completed an undergraduate degree or have other evidence of equivalent academic capability.

    ##Degree Structure

    The Deakin Masters degree consists of four programs; two Professional Practice credentials, two stackable short courses (microcredentials) and a choice of either 2 stackable short courses OR 2 Professional Practice credentials (equivalent to two programs). You can complete the degree in two years or less depending on your individual circumstances but have up to five years if you need more time.

    At the start of your degree we will help you to develop a plan for completing units and credentials that meets your particular needs.

    ###Minimum admission criteria:

    • Bachelor degree in any discipline and at least three years of relevant work experience+ OR
    • Associated Graduate Certificate of Leadership

    <sub> +full-time (or equivalent part-time) senior managerial leadership with a high level of operational and strategic leadership responsibilities </sub>

    All applicants must meet the minimum English language requirements.
