If you’ve enjoyed the course and hearing from our students and Rebecca, our BA English Literature with Creative Writing may be of interest. You’ll be introduced to the works of important, exciting, diverse writers from across the centuries and the globe. You’ll also explore literary creativity from the inside: creating characters, shaping poems, and drawing on your imagination. You’ll learn from prize-winning authors including Kate Clanchy and Peter Robinson, who will read and give you bespoke advice on your work.
One of our recent English Literature with Creative Writing graduates, Rebecca Bradley, said, “My Creative Writing lecturer, Conor Carville, really knows his subject, gives plenty of feedback and has been inspiring. Creative Writing has helped me to be critical of my own work, to meet deadlines and to read materials I would not have read otherwise. It has given me a wider understanding of literature.”
