On this course, learners have the opportunity to ask the educators particular questions through Live Stream Events. These events also allow the Lead Educator to recap over the previous week.

This is the second and final of our two Live Stream Events with Lead Educator, Dr Chrissie Gale. Chrissie will discuss the content of the course and the developments in ‘Asha and Lan’s Story’.

This Live Stream Event has now taken place. You can watch the recording on YouTube.

We encourage you to ask questions and comment on the week’s topics during the Live Stream, and we’ll select the most popular ones to respond to during the event.

  • You can leave your question or comments on this step in advance. We hope to include some of these in the discussion – please ‘like’ the comments you find interesting to help us choose the most useful ones
  • You can follow and add to questions and comments on Twitter using the hashtag #FLaltcare or sending a message to @FLaltcare.

What happens if I can’t watch the Live Stream Event?

Don’t worry! Real time participation is not a mandatory part of this course, but it is fun and we think you’d get a lot out of it. A recording of the discussion will be made available after the live event finishes. You will be able to access the recorded video after the event on YouTube.

Will loading the Live Stream Event mean I appear on camera?

No, you will just watch the Live Stream like any other video (though Google users can submit comments via the interface).

Is a Google or YouTube account required to view the Live Stream Event?

No, you can watch the Live Stream without logging in to a Google or YouTube account. If you wish to submit comments, please use the methods above.
