This course is representative of the world we live in, globally interconnected with rapidly innovating technologies.

Participants will be joining from all over the world, creating a diverse virtual cohort. This means a variety of lived experiences and views about certain things. This can sometimes lead to conflict – please be respectful and mindful when interacting in the comments/discussions. A positive and collaborative learning environment is a powerful thing, so let’s have an awesome course!

While diverse there is at least one thing in common, children!! If you are doing this course it is likely you are a parent/guardian or looking to help younger siblings or family members.

At Nexgen we look at the world of careers differently. Our mission is to help prepare young people for the future of work. We do this by providing skill-based and project-driven learning programs to students, teachers and adults to thrive in the future world of work.

Course Facilitator

This course is being led by Neil Finnie alongside a team of individuals who love supporting others through career development, career change and skill development.

With an alternative career path, Neil has worked across diverse and different sectors, eventually taking this experience into creating unique career experiences and support for students across the globe. Neil has designed and delivered numerous innovative career programs empowering young people to design their career success and take ownership of their future professional journey.
