Wrap up of week 2

Summary of the second week of D&AD's Creative Collaboration course.
That’s a wrap on week 2 of your D&AD Creative Collaboration course.

A lot of the elements we covered this week are unpredictable. While you can mitigate them and try to avoid them cropping up through the planning we covered in week 1 – particularly around clarifying roles, responsibilities, and skill gaps – sometimes challenges and conflict can come from anywhere, and at any time.

To help be prepared for every circumstance, download the Week 2 kit, and keep these checklists and tasks in reserve, ready to explore and utilise whenever you need.

You should now feel confident in:

1. The challenges with collaboration

  • Recognising true collaboration
  • Navigating working with different organsiations
  • Coping with technology overload
  • Navigating productivity vs creativity

2. Conflict in collaboration

  • Recognise productive conflict
  • Overcoming unproductive conflict

In the final week, we’ll look at Collaboration in Action; how to get your project off the ground, maintain momentum and celebrate your successes.

See you next week!
