Welcome to D&AD’s course on Creative Resilience.

Resilience is often heralded as a key skill people in all walks of life, and all careers, need to succeed. It’s the ability to adapt in the face of change and adversity and come back stronger, more able to cope, than before.

For some, it comes naturally. For others, it’s something they work on every day. Either way, this course will explore the many facets of resilience, what it means for creatives and those in the creative industry, and how you can personally build your resilience.

We’ve sought to balance this course with theory and exercises based in psychology, and experiences and stories from those currently working in the creative industries.
