In this final week we’ve looked at the crucial role of senior leadership in tackling under-representation and changing the culture of the construction sector. We have considered a broad range of the measures that employers can be take to improve internal processes and behaviour.

We have also reviewed actions taken by two companies that have made real progress on D&I and referred to the CIOB Special Report on this issue.

We finished with a group discussion to hear your ideas and opinions about how culture can be changed for the positive to ensure that everyone feels welcome and then quizzed you on what you have learned from this course.
