He holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in industrial engineering from RWTH Aachen University. Jonathan’s expertise extends to the technical development of charging infrastructure solutions and small electric vehicles, with practical experience in the operationalization of consulting projects for mobility hubs and concepts. Committed to engineering principles, he strives to create more efficient and sustainable urban systems, ultimately improving the quality of life in cities worldwide.
Photo of Marvin Stolz Marvin Stolz: Marvin Stolz is an E-Mobility and sustainable mobility expert who joined the Transformative Urban Mobility Initiative in 2020. He previously worked for KfW Development Bank in the field of renewable energy and urban transport. Marvin holds a degree in Business Administration and a Master’s degree in Risk Assessment and Sustainability Management. His vision is to inspire decision makers worldwide to transform the mobility sector to become carbon neutral before 2050.
Photo of Rohan Shailesh Modi Rohan Shailesh Modi: Rohan Modi is a regulatory expert with a decade of experience in the energy and mobility sectors across Asia and Africa. At TUMI, he is on an ambitious journey to support the procurement of 100,000 e-buses in partner cities by 2025. Rohan holds a Master’s degree in Energy Management. He is affiliated with GIZ since 2014 and specializes in cross-sectoral project approaches.
Photo of Bertha Ortega Bertha Ortega: Bertha Ortega is a Senior Consultant and Training Expert at PEM Motion, with a background in Industrial Design and an MSc in Strategic Planning and Innovation. She is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in International Education Management as a DAAD scholarship holder in a joint program between Germany and Egypt. Bertha has successfully led numerous learning projects in areas such as E-Mobility, circular economy, logistics, and soft skills, impacting both private and public sectors, and meeting the diverse needs of target groups ranging from students to professionals. Her true passion lies in project management, innovation, learning, and international cooperation.

He has extensive experience in the automotive industry, having previously worked for a German automotive equipment manufacturer that has made breakthroughs in electric and sustainable mobility. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Manufacture Technologies Engineering.
