African Development Bank (ADB) loan program

The ADB launched a loan program in 2016 to finance the purchase of electric two-and-three-wheelers in Africa. The program provides loans to companies and individuals for the purchase of these vehicles and finances the construction of charging infrastructure.

Electric motorcycle leasing program in Kenya

Ecotranzit in Kenya offers a leasing program for electric motorcycles through a mobile app. Customers can lease the motorcycles for a set period of time and make payments through the app.
