Summary

Welcome to step 1.4. In this step, please follow the briefs to practice navigating, selecting, and moving patterns in CLO 3D.

To open a project

1. Top menu-File-Open as a project-Select open in the pop-up menu.

Navigation

To Zoom using a two buttons mouse with a scroll wheel.
1. Scroll forward to zoom out.
2. Scroll backwards to zoom in.
3. Click on a point on your garment or avatar and hit F to focus zoom.

To pan using a two buttons mouse with a scroll wheel
1. Hold down your scroll wheel and then move around your screen.

To rotate.
1. Right-click your mouse button down and then move your mouse around.
2. Hold shift simultaneously to lock your eye level.
3. Click something in the 3D window then rotate. The place you click will be the centre of rotation.

To get back to regular views.
1. In the 3D window, right-click in the background or use shortcuts.
2. In the 2D window, right-click in the background-zoom extents all.

Selection and movement

1. Use the transform pattern tool or select/move tool.
   
2. Left click or marquee over patterns to select.
3. Hold shift to multi-select.
4. Control + A to select all.
5. Click and hit the backspace or delete key to delete things.
