Pattern arrangement

Pattern arrangement, meaning arranging patterns around the avatar, is a step before simulation in order to achieve easier and faster simulation. There are two major ways: arrangement points and gizmo.

Arrangement points
3D vertical toggle menu>Avatar Display>Show arrangement points

Keynotes:
1. Select a pattern and click on one blue dot to arrange the selected pattern.
2. Adjust its X, Y position, offset and orientation in the property editor.
3. Avoid patterns overlapping and going into the avatar.

Gizmo
We use a gizmo to move patterns in a 3D window.

The Gizmo will appear at the point where you single click on a 3D pattern.

Keynotes:
1. Single click on a pattern and the gizmo appears.
2. Red colour is Z-axis. The green colour is Y-axis. The blue colour is Z-axis.
4. Keep rotating and spinning around the avatar to get the desired view. 3. Avoid patterns overlapping and going into the avatar.
