Edit pattern tool

Edit Pattern tool can modify patterns, internal, and base. You can find them in the 2D toolbar. There are six pattern editing tools: Edit pattern, Transform point/segment, Edit curve point, Edit curvature, Smooth curve and Add point/Split line.

Edit pattern
Keynotes:
1. Single click to select a pattern outline/point or internal line/point. Hold shift to multi-select. 2. You can move, and change the length of the selected lines. Right-click to get the Moving distance window.

Transform point/segment
Keynotes:
1. Single click to select a pattern outline or internal line. Hold shift to multi-select. 2. You can move, rotate and change the length of the selected lines. Right-click to get the Moving distance window.

Edit curve point
Keynotes:
1. Single click on a pattern outline or internal line to add a curve point.
2. Move the curve point to curve lines.
3. Hold D to stabilize other curve points while moving one.

Edit curvature
Keynotes:
1. Single click and drag a pattern outline or internal line to make a curve line.

Smooth curve
Keynotes:
1. Grab a corner and move your cursor to make a rounded corner.
2. Right-click while moving to get the Round Corner by Length window.

  1. Single click on a pattern outline/point or internal line/point to start the reference line. And click once more somewhere else to finish the reference line. Select the side that will be replaced with the reference line. Click and drag the reference lien to convert it to a curve.

Add point/Slash line
Keynotes:
1. Left click on a pattern outline or internal line to add a point.
2. Right-click on a pattern outline or internal line to get the Split line window.
