The digital transition of the fashion industry is only at its emergence. Whether you are interested in digital skills as supporting tools to optimize your current workflow or create solely digital fashion products, software like CLO 3D is crucial to your skill pack. You’ve had a good start. However, it might not necessarily be the end. There are many other strong providers on the market. Although other software employs different terminology and interface, the heart of them is the same as CLO 3D. Therefore, you can always benefit from the knowledge and skills you’ve learned during the CLO 3D courses while you are using other similar software.

Moreover, as mentioned multiple times during the course, some external 3D software would be helpful in certain aspects of creating digital garments, especially when you are aiming for unique and outstanding digital creations such as custom avatars, 3D trims, materials, and 3D scenes. Therefore, I encourage you to keep learning relative software to establish a sophisticated digital fashion workflow and create true masterpieces. Popular software includes but is not limited to:
1. Daz 3D: for creating custom avatars.
2. Blender and C4D: for creating 3D objects which can be imported as a variety of 3D assets in CLO 3D. And they are more powerful at building and rendering complicated 3D scenes. 3. Adobe Substance Painter: for creating 3D textures.
