Step 4: Grow and Develop Your Health and Fitness Business Network

Grow and develop your health and fitness business network through education, empowerment, relationships, referrals, gratitude, generosity and the ‘power of many’.

Share your business knowledge, learn from each other and endorse the network for mutually beneficial business brands through your sphere of influence.

Step 5: All Ships, of All Sizes Will Rise With the Incoming Tide

Identify who you want to do business with and endorse the allied service or product, and enjoy the organic return of business through the power of referral, word of mouth and client-centric business going full circle.

Ask the client or customer what they need, and provide them with the pathway.

Step 6: NONE of Us Can Do What ALL of Us Can Do

Networking can be fun, it doesn’t need to be complicated or daunting.

It can be as simple as introducing yourself to someone who has a similar business to yours, or who has a relevant connection to help expand your business.

Be genuine, this helps develop trust and develop good relationships.

As you develop more confidence, try to expand your networking beyond your current range of contacts. Having a wide network offers more opportunities. For example, a florist who only networks with other florists is unlikely to find opportunities offered by hoteliers, wedding planners, and event organisers.

Step 7: Create an Event Launch

All it takes is your time – well invested in yourself!

Keep the momentum going with an event launch and consider scheduling regular meetings, activities and guest presentations amongst the network members.
