How has this course changed the way you eat?

You are invited to participate in research by Monash that evaluates how your fruit and vegetable intake has changed since you completed this course.

Monash University is conducting a study to evaluate participants’ knowledge and dietary beliefs, knowledge acquisition and satisfaction with the course and to better understand how learners utilise the knowledge provided in this course and how we can better address the public’s need for nutrition information.

This questionnaire seeks to learn experiences of the course .

Things you need to know

You are free to opt in or opt out of providing your responses for research at the beginning of the survey. You can decide whether you would like your responses to be used for research or not.

You are free to provide your responses as part of the course or to provide your responses which will be used as part of the course and for research analysis. If you opt out you can still fill in the surveys and your data will not be used further.

We assure you that your responses are and will remain anonymous so it will not be possible to withdraw individual surveys once they have been submitted.

How your responses may be used

The findings from these surveys may be presented at a conference or published in a journal article. Data will be stored electronically on secure drive that only the research team has access to. At the end of the survey you will be asked to participate in an interview to further explore your perceptions.
