Homework assignment

Getting acquainted with the sifting property of ideal impulses and with generalised derivatives is fundamental for correctly understanding the rest of this course. We mostly concentrate on the continuos-time domain, as this is by far the most relevant for exercises, but the discrete-time case is equivalently important especially in some theoretical results that will lead to convolution.

Carefully read the solved exercises first and then do your homework. For each question in the homework there is a solution, which you can read after trying to solve it yourself to verify the adequacy of the method you used, as well as the correctness of your result.
