The UNCITRAL Rules are the basis for the Perth Centre for Energy and Resources Arbitration.
In November 2014, the Perth Centre for Energy and Resources Arbitration (PCERA) was launched. As a specialist energy and resources arbitral institution, PCERA is intended to serve as a regional hub for the resolution of disputes arising out of energy and resources projects in Australia and the wider Asia-Pacific region. The PCERA Arbitration Rules are, like many other established rules, based on the UNCITRAL Rules, with slight modifications.
