The Learning Through Play Experience Tool in practice: Applying the tool in the LEGO® House

LEGO House designers used the learning through play experience tool to learn whether they were giving visitors the best possible experience.

In Denmark, visitors to the LEGO® House in Billund get to try LEGO play in all its forms. It is a place where learning through play can be seen in practice.

The house’s Experience Design team used the tool to find out more about whether they were giving visitors the best possible experience.

In this video, Head of Experience Development Mike Ganderton explains how the team tried to understand what guests were getting from their visits, and whether some experiences worked better for them than others – and, if so, how to prove it!
