About Educator

Abdul Rahman Mohd Yusoff is currently a teaching fellow at INCEIF University. He began his senior career in the banking industry in 1986 where he was exposed in various managerial positions in Retail, Commercial, and International Banking and also held the position as Assistant General Manager in Hong Kong from 1997 until he left CIMB in 2005. He later joined a few other organizations at senior level including Bank Islam Malaysia Berhad, Cagamas Berhad as well as the Head of Islamic Products & Business Development for OCBC Al-Amin Bank Berhad.

He has contributed actively to the Islamic Finance Industry in Malaysia as module writer, moderator, reviewer, and trainer with several learning institutions in Malaysia, such as IBFIM, ASAS, KUIS, UPM, etc. and as guest speaker at various seminars and trainings.

He is a graduate of MSc. Islamic Finance and Chartered Islamic Finance Professional (CIFP) from INCEIF and also having an MBA and BSc. in Finance from the USA.
