We have seen this week that the practices you adopt in your leadership approach can have an impact on the degree of success in the change process and we’ve spent some time thinking about how to identify stakeholders and their perceptions to the change process.

We hope you found the quiz useful, regardless of whether you got the answer right first time. We designed it to help build your understanding of the content we’ve covered this week.

Next week we’ll be building on our theme and looking at how leaders and managers can communicate effectively, build trust and involve employees in the process.
