Video and moving images

Learners are introduced to the significance of video and moving images and the role they play in marketing activities.
The use of videos and moving images are becoming the norm across digital and online channels. This can prove to be a challenge for marketers as moving images are traditionally more expensive to produce and are harder to reuse.

They can include:

  • Animations
  • Animated Gifs
  • User-generated videos
  • Behind the scenes videos
  • Professionally produced films

Luckily, there’s also a growing demand for unpolished content which shows a brand in a more authentic light. If your brand’s guidelines allow it, this content can be cheap to produce and tends to perform well.

For big campaigns, however, it is still worth investing, if budgets allow, in the professionally produced video. Whichever manner you produce your video content, you should create a unique creative style that keeps content consistent and reinforces your brand’s personality.
