Have you completed ‘Mindfulness for Wellbeing and Peak Performance’?

This course, Maintaining a Mindful Life is a follow up to Mindfulness for Wellbeing and Peak Performance. We strongly recommend completing the introductory course before attempting this course as you may find some of the content challenging.

If you’re new to mindfulness, Mindfulness for Wellbeing and Peak Performance begins again on 4 October, 2021.
