This week’s study group task
- share your experiences with bringing mindfulness to everyday activities throughout the week
- create a list showcasing your top tips on stress reduction that can be shared with the other learners.
What you need to do
- As a group, decide who will be your reporter for this week’s task. Their job is to share with other learners the work you’ve produced as a group. Consider having more than one reporter in your study group. This helps to share the workload if it gets busy later in the week (If you were the reporter for a previous week, think about sharing the role with another group member).
- By yourself, work through the week. Engage with the content and other learners, learning more as you go. Take time to do the meditations and work through the exercises.
- From Wednesday 15 February, discuss as a group the types of everyday activities that you used to cultivate mindfulness.
- As a group, create a list of the 10 most popular activities from your group, describing when, where and how you completed them.
- If you’re the reporter, share the list with other learners in the Comments of the Feedback from Craig and Richard for Week 2 step by Sunday 19 February.
At the end of this week, learners who have joined a study group will share the work they’ve produced for this week’s study group task.
