We’ve developed a new course called 'Maintaining a Mindful Life' that is intended for people with previous experience of practising mindfulness.
We hope you’ve thoroughly enjoyed the course and have a new awareness of mindfulness techniques can improve your communication skills, relationships and emotional health.

Now that you’ve had some experience with practising mindfulness, you may be interested in Maintaining a Mindful Life, which will run again early 2021.

The course builds upon the mindfulness concepts introduced in this course and shows you how you can embed mindfulness into all aspects of your life.

Upgrading this course

Upgrading will offer unlimited access to the course for as long as it exists on FutureLearn, so you can move through the course as quickly or slowly as you wish. You will also be able to receive a Certificate of Achievement when you are eligible. To be eligible you must have marked at least 90% of the steps in the course as complete.
