Well for me there were basically three reasons why I decided to leave Nigeria to practice down here. One is the fact that nurses here are being paid more compared to Nigeria and another one is the fact that there are better opportunities for nurses, there are better areas for nurses to explore and the third one, basically, is the fact that the living conditions and the environment is better here compared to Nigeria.

As we discussed in the previous step, it is not just financial considerations that motivate nurses to move.
