Next week we’ll look at how the professional image of nurses and nursing may have contributed to a reduction in recruitment and retention. We will look at the impact of shortages and approaches to improving retention. You’ll also be asked to design a strategy aimed at increasing recruitment of qualified nurses and receive feedback in a peer review activity.
