麩醯胺簡介

麩醯胺是我們每天都要吃的一種氨基酸,是蛋白質組成中最小的單位。氨基酸可分為必需氨基酸和非必需氨基酸。非必需氨基酸有11種,麩醯胺是其中之一。麩醯胺的膳食來源,尤其包括牛肉、雞肉、魚肉、乳製品、雞蛋等富含蛋白質的食物,豆類、甜菜、捲心菜、菠菜、胡蘿蔔、香菜、蔬菜汁、小麥等蔬菜。
