Before starting your own outdoor fitness business, there are six key things you need to take into consideration, all of which we will guide you through as you progress though this course.

  1. Location, Licenses, Permits, and Costs What local council and or land location requirements do you need to start up an outdoor fitness business? Work with your community.
  2. Market Research and Business Start-Up What is in the area already and what is unique about you?
  3. Sessions, Equipment, and Safety How are they different and better than indoors/others? Make it feel like Personal Training, but for a Group. Group PT is a skill!
  4. Insurance What do you need to be covered for?
  5. Marketing What message are you sending about your business? Every.single.session.
  6. Client Management Create a culture of raving fans who see you as their humble hero!
