Manufacturing of solid dosage forms

The wet granulation tablet manufacturing process involves several key steps to produce high-quality tablets. It begins with measuring excipients, followed by high-shear mixing of the active ingredient and diluents to form a uniform blend. A binder solution is then added to create a wet mass, which is granulated and dried using a fluid bed dryer.
