Watch Sagina Shabaya explain how to hold yourself to account within your career.

It’s crucial to think and consider who you share your ‘why?’ with and why you share your ‘why?’. The theory here is that when you put things out into the world, they will come back and you’ll manifest them. What you are looking to create in your career will likely require support, other people’s input, your network’s help and perhaps even self promotion. This means getting comfortable in sharing your ‘why?’, your reason for choosing to do what you do with other people, who, in turn, can remind you of this, ‘why?’.
