Embody your goal: Visualisation challenge

Tools: Yourself.

Time: Spend five minutes a day visualising your goal.

It would be great if you can do this for 21-days, but begin by committing to seven daysin a row.


Step 1: Get comfortable and close your eyes.

Step 2: See yourself having achieved your goal.

Step 3: Consider how you will feel when you achieve it.

Step 4: What will you hear, see, taste, smell, or touch?

Step 5: Use all of these steps and your senses to bring the goal to life.

Allow yourself to be with this for five minutes. Breathing it all in. Notice how you feel after you have done the exercise. You can make brief notes.
