肺間質疾病-肺部復健計畫2:肺癌

肺癌介紹

接續上節運動方式,本節中會繼續講解日常稱活節律呼吸運動,病人走路時勿憋氣,可配合特定比例採節律呼吸。節省能量之技巧,包含不彎腰/不舉高拿東西,物品盡量放置在等腰高之處,同時使用助行器幫助活動。除了運動訓練,也需給予病人衛教,透過面對面溝通或影片觀看的方式,教導病人認識疾病進展、辨識疾病惡化症狀等等。

接下來江老師會介紹肺部復健計畫2,前面提到的復健計畫1都是集中在運動方式。復健計畫2有包含衛教、飲食支持等,首先會在本節介紹肺癌病患的肺部復健方式。

肺癌最重要的是根據形態學、抽血的生物標的作為診斷標準。常使用根據國際疾病分類ICD-10的癌症疲乏感評估量表做為評估工具,其中A1和A2-A11的界線需特別注意。一般肺部復健以欲開刀病人為主,在開刀前就先予以衛教介入,強度設計從中到高,每週5次,持續2-4週。
