本節影片會接續藥劑使用示範，何老師會介紹乾粉吸入器，臨床上又稱胖胖魚，因藥物盒子形狀而得名，使用時需稍微用力吸入，使用方式請觀看影片示範。目前市面上出現的改良版-長效型推進吸入器，病人使用上較為舒服，對環境也較友善。何老師會介紹使用示範。
接續，何老師會說明Medication Adherence, 醫護需要知道病人症狀、感受、是否正確使用藥劑，病人若因困難無法正確吸入藥劑，醫護要能在適當時機溝通調整。臨床上遇到的病患生活疑問，跟理論上的藥劑執行會不同，透過一個實際案例說明。當病患覺得喘拒絕復健，或出現喘、疲勞等問題，不願參與復健運動的情緒時，應主動關懷，收集詳細資料，告訴他 : 不是喘就不要動，而是要正確的運動。指導病人改變行為，增進其自我效能。
