Welcome to week 4

In week 4, students will learn about the leading approaches to data analysis to interpret their data collection findings.
During the final week, you will learn how to analyse data collected from observational and interviewing techniques. We will introduce you to different approaches to analysis, including coding and thematic analysis. Specifically, you will learn how to analyse data by following a clear, six-step outline. There will be plenty of opportunities to practice coding, analysis and reflect on your selected approach with the help of peer feedback.

Additionally, we will provide training on how to present your final analysis to academic and non-academic audiences. That is, you will learn about poster presentations, infographics, elevator pitches and conference presentations. The course instructors will discuss how to overcome public speaking anxiety by sharing their own experiences and making it possible for students to learn from each other.

Please read the final step, Survey and Evaluation, carefully. We would appreciate if you would evaluate the Online Course with your feedback so that we can improve it.

We hope that you have enjoyed the course and found the material both engaging and useful for your purposes.
