There are lots of innovative products produced from research done by universities. But many are unable to reach their public beneficiaries. As a researcher, your work must be able to be translated into a real-world application. The impact of your research is so much more than on the academic metrics. They could be measured through society, economics, environments, and others.
In this course, we (a researcher just like you!) are going to introduce you to the concept of Research Impact – ResPACT, as a guide for more accountable research that can be carried out to ensure the stakeholders’ investments are returned rightfully.
This course has been designed to help you conduct a project which covers impact understanding, planning, stakeholders engagement, reporting, communicating, and evaluation.
