泌尿道排泄的需要

本影片將介紹泌尿道排泄之內容。 泌尿系統能排出人體細胞中大部分含氮的廢物,並扮演身體中水跟電解質的平衡之重要角色。

影響排尿的因素為: 1.水分的攝取。 2.活動程度:活動量影響身體的新陳代謝速率。 3.疾病:疾病會影響排尿或尿疫的多寡。 4.壓力:當人焦慮或緊張,會造成尿液排出比較頻繁,但嚴重的焦慮反而會造成肌肉緊張而妨礙排尿。 5.藥物:如某些藥物有利尿作用,會造成尿量增加。 6.環境因素:盥洗設備的適用性或是隱私性都會影響個人排尿的意願。

一位正常成人每天約排出1200cc~1500cc的尿量。如無尿、少尿、排尿困難、頻尿、解尿時有灼熱感、尿瀦留、尿失禁、閉尿、多尿等皆為異常的排尿情形。

為了能促進正常排尿,可多喝水;溫水沖洗會陰部或溫水坐浴等方式促進肌肉放鬆;聽流水聲、搓揉大腿內側以刺激解尿;維持2~3小時排尿一次的型態來達到排尿。
