Welcome to the course!

We will introduce the friendly use of environmental resources and how to reduce the burden on the environment and coexist with nature.

Through the SDGs Sustainable Development Goals, we introduce the friendly use of environmental resources and use real-life examples to show how to reduce the burden on the environment and coexist with nature in a spirit of love and treasure. On the other hand, through community care and cooperation, learners are encouraged to volunteer, promote health promotion activities, and carry out social practice tasks through the process of self-exploration and reflection. They will learn about the impact of climate change on human society and how they can contribute to the global environment through their own efforts. At the same time, learn the basic knowledge of natural disasters, how to avoid and cope with them, and increase their safety and protection ability.

Explore SDGs in different aspects.

In response to environmental sustainability, TMU has developed the SDGs project series, which integrates the SDGs issue as a theme for curriculum development, and is jointly developed and promoted by several other schools, including Taipei Medical University, National Taipei University, National Taipei University of Technology, National Taiwan Ocean University and Tzu Chi University. The SDGs project series topics include different aspects of the curriculum, combining the characteristics of each school.

The SDG series will illustrate these topics in detail through a variety of real-life case studies, with the hope of inspiring participants to move from sustainable development actions to ecological case studies, extending their understanding of the impact of climate change on human society, and understanding the impact of social and behavioral science theories on health-related fields.

We welcome you to participate in these courses.
