Things to notice, understand and consider…

Learning and evolving.
Wilderness build long-term relationships with their clients that allow them to evolve and learn. These relationships are shaped by the trust and understanding developed through immersion loops… how do you think these loops work?

Embracing the unknown.
Trust allows Wilderness to experiment and try new things. To do this they use the 80/20 loop. Do you understand how they use the known to introduce the unknown?

Trust and learn together.
Learning and trust is made possible by a long-term relationships. Never assume anything, because formulas based on assumptions do not enable engagement.

Reporting.
Regular reporting allows Wilderness to identify emerging patterns. Did you understand how and why they do this?

Long term and short term loops.
There are in fact two immersion loops… long-term and short-term… Short-term loops happen via a quick process of testing in learning and the long-term loops allow for the identification of long term patterns and trends. Do you understand the difference between these two loops and why they are both useful?
