The weekly gallery showcases concept maps created by learners participating in How to Survive on Mars.

The gallery is curated by the course team, and they’ll select a small number of pieces that have been shared by learners on the ‘How to Survive on Mars’ Padlet that best reflects the connections between key concepts within each week. We hope the gallery inspires your own concept map.

Sharing your concept maps on Padlet

If you’d like your concept to be considered for the weekly gallery, you’ll need to post it to the ‘How to Survive on Mars’ Padlet.

Be sure to give your concept map a meaningful title, for example ‘Week 2: Oxygen and habitat’ or ‘My concept map for Week 2’, to make your map easy to find and then share with other learners.

All the information collected will be stored and handled according to Padlet’s Privacy Policy. Your participation has no effect on your course progress, marks or FutureLearn profile.

Share your thoughts on concept maps by other learners

In the Comments of this step, consider sharing with other learners your thoughts on the concept maps that have been submitted to the Padlet. You might like to ask other learners about the connections they made in their maps.

You can also share with other learners your thoughts on the week, making sure you mention what has excited you the most or what challenges with your concept map that you have overcome, and more.
