Periodontitis Process

v11

An acute exudative vasculitis in gingival tissue. Usually, it will become an early lesion, where dense infiltration of T lymphocytes, Pathological alteration of the fibroblasts will go and will try to protect.

What matters here is the relationship between your body response immunological response, and the bacteria attacking your gingiva and periodontal. But your body of course will respond to that, and sometimes the response is way too high, that just actually by itself it can also make some destruction. So destruction can come from both sides, or usually, we will say that it’s a mixture of all of it.

We put body response immunological response in four phases, but you can be in each either of those phases. Most importantly each one of your teeth can be in a different stage.
