Introduction to Mindfulness

Mindfulness is a key soft skill that you should practice on a daily basis.

Mindfulness is defined as “a way of being that grows out of paying attention, on purpose and without judgment, to what is happening in the present moment.”

The busier our lives get, the more we need to intentionally set aside time to remain mindful and appreciative of the current moment. High pressure jobs in high-tech and business, especially in start-ups, can often have adverse effects on our mental states of mind.

Consider how we can be more mindful in everyday situations, how doing so can help us deal with disruption.
