This microcredential consists of theory assessments submitted for grading and feedback and 2 projects, one of which is planning and catering for an event demonstrating advanced cooking skills whilst working in a commercial kitchen and the other is to develop and launch a food product.

Our Advanced Diploma in Kitchen Supervision is a flexible programme, offering you the autonomy to balance study with personal and professional commitments. Spanning over a recommended 12 month period (including a two-week holiday), the course consists of 1200 notional hours. This structure allows you to engage in hands-on learning while accommodating your individual scheduling needs. Assessment is conducted through coursework and practical evaluations, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of both theoretical concepts and their application in the culinary field.

To enroll, candidates must be at least 18 years old and have completed a Global Diploma in Culinary Arts or possess equivalent industry experience of at least 5 years.
