This online programme consists of two theory-based final examinations and one online practical exam. You'll also need to complete 120 hours in a commercial kitchen.
If you’re new to the industry, you’ll need to complete a three-month industry placement.
What will you receive?
Upon completion, you’ll be awarded the International Culinary Studio Global Diploma in Culinary Arts and the Worldchefs and City & Guilds (UK) Certified Commis Chef Global Digital Certification, demonstrating your skills and ability to advance in the industry. In order to receive this qualification, you'll need to complete 3 months working in a Commis Chef role in industry.

To be eligible for this course you must be:
- 17 years or older
- Completed at least 10 years of schooling
- Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English
